Position Title:

MIG Welder/Fabricator Pay:

$21-$28/hr DOE We're looking for a skilled MIG Welder/Fabricator who takes pride in quality workmanship, clean welds, and an organized shop. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on fabrication, steady work, and the opportunity to contribute ideas that improve processes and efficiency. What You'll Do Weld, fabricate, assemble, test, and service tools and products Work closely with shop leadership to meet production schedules Maintain a clean, organized fabrication shop and yard Follow quality control processes and documentation Monitor workloads and communicate scheduling or supply needs Use downtime productively through organization, maintenance, and improvement projects What We're Looking For Welding and fabrication experience Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable communicating ideas and process improvements Schedule Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Overtime available with approval
