  • We're looking for a Swing Shift, Working Foreman who is a highly experienced, ASME fabricator/welders.
  • Please attach your resume.
  • ASME pressure vessel experience required.
  • Min. fifteen years' experience in steel fabrication.
  • Read Blueprints proficiently and accurately is paramount.
  • Highly proficient welding with both GMAW and GTAW on stainless and carbon steels. Experience with nickel alloys is a plus. Experience with submerged arc is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and self-directing, good communication skills and able to train/develop craftsmen.
  • Will oversee other fabricators, welders or helpers assisting on projects.
  • Own tools required.
  • Experience with overhead bridge cranes and rigging, in a safe manner, is essential.
  • Ability to lift and carry 50lbs
  • Ability to stand, climb ladders and work for 10-12hour shifts.
  • The environment is dynamic, noisy, at times smokey or dusty.
  • In order to meet schedule obligations, occasional, voluntary overtime is expected but not mandatory.
  • Schedule
  • 4 @ 10hr shift, 4:15PM- 2:45AM, Mon.-Thurs. Overtime is frequent but not garunteed.
  • Training/orientation will start on day shift for a few weeks.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and participate in the fabrication of pressure vessels, in a wide variety of alloys.
  • Oversee and assist team members in completing tasks.
  • Fabricate to ASME code requirements, to a high standard of quality.

    $35.00 - $37.00 per hour Plus 0.75 Swing differential
    • Expected hours: 40+ per week 1.
