NW Industrial Staffing is currently seeking a radio frequency machine operator, to work in a centrally located production facility in West Eugene. This company specializes in manufacturing medical equipment and mobility systems for Emergency Management Systems. This is a production position with a lot of opportunity to grow new skills. What we are seeking in a qualified candidate: 1+ year of verifiable work experience (manufacturing or fabrication preferred). Weld vinyl materials using RF (radio frequency) or hot air welding equipment. Experience with RF welding or heat sealing equipment. Background in vinyl, textiles, or industrial fabrication. Previous experience operating hand and power tools. Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and measurements. Measure, cut, and position vinyl materials accurately. Strong Math and Measurement skills. Good mechanical aptitude, keen eye for detail, and great manual dexterity. Ability to work safely and consistently in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated experience working as a member of a high functioning team. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Ability to stand, stoop, bend, push and pull for an 10-hour shift. Great Attitude, Attendance and Punctuality. This is an evaluation to hire position.
