This is an evaluation to hire position on a day shift for a custom fabrication shop centrally located in Springfield.

Qualified Candidates will:

Worked in production/fabrication for 6+ months Have both Tig and Mig experience for at least 6+ month Read blue prints, schematics, and shop drawings with ease. Be able to read a tape measure, micrometers and calipers. Have their own hood and leathers. Be able to work independently with little supervision and still meet deadlines. Lift 60lbs plus on a semi-consistent basis Bend, Stoop, Stand, Push and Pull for a 10-hour shift. Previous forklift and crane experience are preferred. Great attendance, punctuality and work ethic.
