United Talent Staffing is seeking a Welder for a Monday-Friday position. This role involves fabricating and repairing metal components using MIG, TIG, and stick welding, with an emphasis on aluminum in the Cannonsburg, PA area. Pay and schedule $20+ per hour, based on experience Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m. All required personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided. What you'll do Read work orders and prepare the tools and materials needed for each job. Cut, fit, tack, weld, and braze metal parts and equipment. Check your work for quality and prevent warping or damage during welding. Keep equipment and the work area clean and organized. Report faulty equipment or defective materials to your supervisor. What we're looking for Experience with MIG, TIG, and stick welding, particularly with aluminum. Ability to follow work orders and read basic drawings or blueprints. Basic math skills and attention to detail. Ability to weld in flat, vertical, and overhead positions. High school diploma or equivalent. Welding certifications or related experience are preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical tasks required in a welding shop.

Weld test:
