Description Now Hiring:

Experienced MIG & Flux Welders - Donora, PA Mancan Staffing is partnering with a well-established Donora fabrication shop to hire skilled MIG and Flux Core Welders. In this role, you'll work on manufacturing heavy-duty furnace components for coal plants, contributing to high-quality, precision projects.

What You'll Do:

• Fit and fabricate metal components
• Perform
• MIG and/or TIG welding
• Work from blueprints and drawings
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years minimum prior fitting/welding experience
• Experience with
• stainless and carbon steel
• Proficient with hand and air tools
• Experience operating
• forklifts or cranes
