If you're a skilled TIG welder looking to work on high-precision aerospace products in a collaborative engineering environment, this is an opportunity to make an impact every day. What You'll Do Perform precision TIG welding on aluminum aerospace components while supporting the production of critical thermal management products. Work alongside engineers to build, test, and improve aerospace hardware , tooling, and manufacturing processes. Use precision inspection equipment including calipers, micrometers, feeler gauges, and FARO Arm portable CMM systems to verify product quality and dimensional accuracy. Complete detailed manufacturing documentation and traceability records for flight-ready aerospace hardware. Support fabrication, assembly, testing, maintenance, and continuous improvement efforts while maintaining the highest quality standards. Perform in-process and final inspections to help ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with aerospace manufacturing requirements. What We're Looking For TIG welding experience, preferably with aluminum. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings . Experience using precision measurement and inspection tools. Professional TIG welding training, certification, or equivalent hands-on experience.
