Work closely with engineers to build and test thermal products. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications. Inspect finished welds and verify quality using measuring tools and inspection equipment. Support additional manufacturing operations including assembly, fabrication, and testing activities. What We're Looking For Proven TIG welding experience. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings. Experience using precision measuring instruments and inspection techniques. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Preferred Qualifications Professional TIG welding training, certification, or equivalent experience. Previous AWS welding qualifications or certifications. Experience with fabrication, brazing, machining, assembly, or product testing. Knowledge of basic electrical systems and manufacturing processes. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
