Pay:
- $24.00
- $28.00/hour
Schedule:
- Monday
- Thursday, 5:30 AM
- 4:00 PM
Optional Overtime:
- Fridays, 5:00 AM

- Welder II
- to join our production team. In this role, you'll work on a variety of fabrication and welding projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
- What You'll Do
- + Perform MIG or TIG welding and fabrication work to
AWS 3G/4G
standards, including modifications, repairs, and production welding from blueprints and drawings. + Fabricate components from raw materials and use hand, electric, cordless, and pneumatic tools to complete assemblies and rework projects. + Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, specifications, and detailed work instructions to ensure quality workmanship. + Conduct self-inspections, maintain product quality standards, and troubleshoot complex welding and fabrication issues with minimal supervision. + Support continuous improvement initiatives, 5S practices, and lean manufacturing efforts to improve safety, quality, and efficiency. + Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, materials, and other departments to resolve production challenges and meet operational goals. + Maintain a clean, safe work environment while consistently meeting production and attendance expectations.- Qualifications
- + 5+ years of welding and fabrication experience preferred.

- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $49920.00
- $58240.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. 401k: 100% match of first 3%, and 50% match for the next 2
