• to join our production team. In this role, you'll work on a variety of fabrication and welding projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
• What You'll Do
• + Perform MIG or TIG welding and fabrication work to

AWS 3G/4G

standards, including modifications, repairs, and production welding from blueprints and drawings. + Fabricate components from raw materials and use hand, electric, cordless, and pneumatic tools to complete assemblies and rework projects. + Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, specifications, and detailed work instructions to ensure quality workmanship. + Conduct self-inspections, maintain product quality standards, and troubleshoot complex welding and fabrication issues with minimal supervision. + Support continuous improvement initiatives, 5S practices, and lean manufacturing efforts to improve safety, quality, and efficiency. + Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, materials, and other departments to resolve production challenges and meet operational goals. + Maintain a clean, safe work environment while consistently meeting production and attendance expectations.

• Qualifications
• + 5+ years of welding and fabrication experience preferred.

+ Ability to pass AWS certification testing (D1.1, D1.2, D1.3, D1.6, and D9.1) with practice time provided prior to testing. + Proficient in either MIG or TIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. + Strong understanding of AWS welding symbols and blueprint reading. + Experience setting up, adjusting, and maintaining welding equipment. + Basic computer skills and a strong attention to detail. + Positive attitude, self-motivated work ethic, and excellent attendance history. + Willingness to rotate between welding areas, wear PPE including respirators, and work overtime as needed.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $49920.00
• $58240.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. 401k: 100% match of first 3%, and 50% match for the next 2
