7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Monday - Friday) Position Overview Synergy Employment Group is currently seeking skilled MIG Welders for a premier manufacturing client located in Lebanon, PA. This is a Temp-to-Hire position designed for individuals looking to establish a long-term career with a reputable local company. Key Responsibilities Production Welding:

Perform high-priority MIG welding on steel products, specifically focused on the fabrication of steel crates.

Fast-Paced Operations:

Work efficiently in a high-volume manufacturing setting to meet daily output goals.

Assembly & Fabrication:

Fit and assemble metal components according to project specifications.

Shop Safety:

Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Requirements Experience:

Proven experience with MIG welding in a production or manufacturing environment.

Equipment:

Steel-toed boots are required for this position.

Reliability:

A strong track record of punctuality and attendance is essential for this role.
