Job Description

If you're a TIG welder who takes pride in clean, flawless stainless welds and understands that sanitary work leaves zero room for error, this role is for you. We're looking for an experienced Sanitary Pipe Welder to fabricate stainless steel piping systems used in food, beverage, and pharmaceutical environments where precision, cleanliness, and quality matter every single day. What You'll Do Perform sanitary TIG welding on stainless steel piping systems Fit, align, assemble, and weld sanitary tubing, valves, fittings, and components Read and interpret isometric drawings, blueprints, P&IDs, and welding procedures Use proper purging and back-gas techniques to maintain internal weld cleanliness Produce full-penetration welds with proper bead profile and minimal discoloration Inspect welds visually and dimensionally to ensure compliance with sanitary and quality standards Grind, polish, and finish welds to meet required sanitary surface finishes Maintain strict cleanliness of tools, materials, and work areas to prevent contamination Perform shop and/or field welding based on project needs Identify and report material, weld, or equipment issues Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and quality standards What You Bring 3-5 years of sanitary stainless steel pipe welding experience Proven experience welding in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical environments Strong proficiency in TIG welding (sanitary applications required) Ability to read and interpret isometrics, P&IDs, and blueprints Understanding of sanitary welding standards and cleanliness requirements Basic shop math and measurement skills Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Safety, Quality & Professionalism Follow all company safety and quality policies Participate in training, safety meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain professional, ethical, and respectful conduct at all times Why Join Us?
