Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Field ASME Code Welder to join our team. As an ASME Code Welder, you will have field experience on boiler, vessel, and heat exchange welding. Your expertise in ASME codes and standards, along with your exceptional welding skills, will ensure the highest quality and compliance with industry regulations. If you have a proven track record in ASME code welding and possess hands-on experience with boiler, vessel, and heat exchange welding, we want to hear from you! This is for field work, not shop welding.
ASME Code Welder Responsibilities:
Perform ASME code welding on boilers, vessels, and heat exchangers Read and interpret welding blueprints, specifications, and ASME codes Set up and operate welding equipment, ensuring proper parameters and settings Conduct pre-weld and post-weld inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards Collaborate with team members and project managers to meet project deadlines Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area Troubleshoot welding equipment issues and perform routine maintenance as neededASME Code Welder Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an ASME Code Welder Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with boiler, vessel, and heat exchange welding Strong understanding of ASME codes and standards Proficiency in reading and interpreting welding blueprints and specifications Ability to operate various welding equipment and tools Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsASME Code Welder Compensation:
