Job Overview We are seeking skilled Welders to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various welding techniques and fabrication processes. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work with hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently. The Fabricator/Welder will be responsible for producing high-quality welded components and structures according to specifications. Responsibilities Perform welding operations using various methods including
TIF, MIG, FCAW
(Flux-Cored Arc Welding) and Stick welding. Fabricate metal components by cutting, shaping, and assembling materials as per engineering drawings. Utilize hand tools and machinery to complete fabrication tasks effectively. Conduct pipe threading and soldering as required for specific projects. Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet industry standards and specifications. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve fabrication processes. Requirements Proven experience in TIG welding and fabrication, with proficiency in FCAW, Stick welding, and soldering techniques. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical drawings and specifications. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A valid welding certification is a plus but not mandatory.
