Description:

Job description Progressive Machining located in Spring City, PA is seeking a talented MIG Welder that has a minimum of 3 years job related experience to join our team. The Welder will use specialized equipment to weld and assemble new metal forms. Visit us at www.progressivemachining.net.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

Follow blueprints to meet product specifications MIG weld various metals and use hand tools Calculate material measurements to meet specifications Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance Assist co-workers when needed and be a team player Perform other reasonable tasks when necessary The responsibilities are not limited to this list

Qualifications:

3+ years experience MIG welding Ability to pass a weld test Familiarity with welding tools and procedures Familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematics Ability to measure with precision Pays attention to detail and performs quality checks throughout the project Ability to bend, stoop, lift and move heavy objects (50lb+) Current Schedule Monday-Thursday 7am-4:30pm Friday 7am-11am Benefits Paid holidays Paid time off Health insurance 401(k)
