Responsibilities Perform welding tasks using various techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications. Inspect and test welded surfaces to ensure quality and adherence to standards. Maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Assist in training new welders and share best practices. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training preferred. Proven experience as a welder in a manufacturing or construction environment. Strong knowledge of welding techniques and safety standards. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Welding certification is a plus.
