Job Description Job Description Solderer Summary:
Performs assembly and hand soldering of electrical components and connectors while following detailed manufacturing procedures and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Hand solder electrical assemblies and connectors. Perform hand crimping of various contact styles. Read and follow assembly prints, schematics, and procedures. Perform detailed precision work while maintaining quality standards. Maintain a clean and safe workstation. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical associate degree preferred. 2+ years of related hands-on experience. Connector soldering experience. Coax connector and Ethernet assembly/termination experience preferred.
J-STD-001
certification preferred; company can certify onsite.
IPC/WHMA-A-620
