Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a capable Metal Fabricator/Welder to support our production operations. This position focuses on the creation, modification, and assembly of metal components—primarily for automotive suspension systems and custom-built parts. The role requires hands-on experience with fabrication tools and welding processes, along with the ability to work from detailed technical drawings and specifications. This position is integral to ensuring the durability, precision, and overall quality of our in-house products. Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Fabricate and assemble metal components used in structural and mechanical applications
  • Construct and fit suspension-related parts across a range of builds
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and fabrication drawings
  • Cut, shape, and prepare materials using appropriate shop equipment
  • Perform welding tasks (MIG and/or TIG) as part of the fabrication process
  • Verify completed work meets dimensional and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
  • Work closely with production and engineering teams to refine designs and improve workflows
  • Provide support for general shop operations when required Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in fabrication or welding preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in metal fabrication and welding (MIG and/or TIG)
  • Proficiency in reading and understanding technical drawings and layout specifications
  • Working knowledge of common fabrication materials such as aluminum and steel
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on precision and workmanship
  • Reliable, self-directed, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively
  • Previous experience in an automotive or custom fabrication environment is advantageous Compensation and Benefits
  • Hourly wage ranging from $20.00 to $25.00, depending on experience
