Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Shop Fabricator/Framer/Welder to build and prepare plumbing components, supports, and assemblies for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate takes pride in precise, quality craftsmanship and can work efficiently in a shop environment to keep field crews supplied and on schedule. Responsibilities Fabricate pipe supports, brackets, racks, and other plumbing components per specifications and drawings. Perform welding, cutting, and framing tasks using proper techniques and equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and project specifications. Measure, cut, and assemble materials to precise tolerances. Inspect finished work for quality, accuracy, and safety compliance. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment. Coordinate with foremen and project managers on material needs and delivery timelines. Maintain and perform basic upkeep on shop tools and welding equipment. Promote a culture of integrity, professionalism, and teamwork. Qualifications Proven experience in welding, fabrication, or framing Proficiency with MIG, TIG, or stick welding as required. Strong knowledge of shop tools, equipment, and safety practices. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship. Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a shop setting. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
