Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder / Fabricator with experience in pulse welding, metal fabrication, and blueprint reading . This role is responsible for producing high-quality welded components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Responsibilities:

Perform MIG welding (GMAW) on steel components and assemblies Execute pulse welding techniques to meet quality standards Complete full metal fabrication processes , including fitting, layout, and assembly Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and engineering drawings Work from bills of materials (BOMs) and production specifications Ensure consistent, high-quality welds that meet tolerances Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines Maintain a clean and organized work environment Support additional welding and fabrication tasks as needed

Requirements:

Experience with MIG welding / GMAW welding Experience with pulse welding preferred Strong metal fabrication skills Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols Familiarity with manufacturing or production environments High attention to detail and quality Ability to work independently and meet production goals

Physical Demands:

Lift, carry, push, and/or pull 1-50 lbs. frequently Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, crawl, twist/turn, grasp, and reach overhead and outward frequently Sit, stand, and walk for 1-10 hours per day Work in a fast-paced industrial environment wearing hearing protection, eye protection, steel-toed shoes, and other appropriate protective clothing
