Gillmann services is looking for Pipefitters / Pipe welders in the Spartanburg SC area!

Pay:

Based on experience

Core Responsibilities Reading Blueprints:

Interpreting complex technical drawings, schematics, and isometric layouts to plan pipe routing and ensure safety code compliance.

Fabricating Materials:

Measuring, cutting, threading, and bending heavy-gauge metal, alloy, or plastic pipes to exact specifications.

Assembling Systems:

Joining pipes using advanced techniques like welding, brazing, soldering, bolting, or mechanical couplings.

Installing Equipment:

Mounting valves, flow control devices, and pipe supports, and hooking up systems to pumps, tanks, and compressors.

Testing and Troubleshooting:

Conducting pressure and hydrostatic tests to inspect systems for leaks and fixing performance issues.

Maintenance:

Performing routine checks and replacing worn-out components in older industrial systems. All other duties appointed by site supervisor Qualifications Ability to Take and pass a drug test and background check Reliable Transportation Proven Pipefitting experience and Pipe welding experience Must be able to be BMW badged.
