OpSource Staffing has partnered with a local BMW supplier in Spartanburg and is looking for experienced TIG welders Pay rate: $23

Shift:

3rd shift - Sun-Thurs 10:30pm - 6am

Job Functions:

Perform work as assigned by the department team leader. Comply with working instructions. Address problem situations quickly and notify team leader or management immediately. Meet productivity requirements, commit to and produce quality work. MIG welders measure, cut, and assemble metal projects using electric arc and inert gas. Select suitable material. Ensure the work area is safe . Prepare metal surfaces. Determine gas ratios. Inspect weld strength during and after the welding process.

Qualifications:

1-2 year of MIG/TIG welding experience. Experience welding stainless steel, mild steel, and galvanized materials. Must have a high work ethic. Must be a team player. Must work with a sense of urgency. Must have the ability to speak/read English and understand verbal instructions. Must be detail oriented, and self-motivated. Must possess the ability to work well with limited supervision. Must have foot pedal experience. #FC1
