Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder/Fabricator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components according to customer satisfaction . Your expertise will ensure the production of high-quality metal structures and parts, adhering to safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing a variety of welding techniques and fabrication methods to bring designs to life with precision and efficiency. Every day is different. Responsibilities Perform welding operations using various techniques such as FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), in accordance with AWS (American Welding Society) standards. Cut, shape, and assemble metal materials including sheet metal, pipes, and structural components using plasma cutters, press brake machines, power tools, and machining equipment. Measure and mark materials accurately using calipers, micrometers, measuring instruments, and shop math to ensure precise fabrication. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including proper handling of tools, welding gases, and hazardous materials. Qualifications Proven experience in fabrication shop environments with a strong understanding of metal fabrication processes. Hands-on experience with multiple welding techniques including

FCAW, MIG

welding, TIG welding, SMAW, and gas metal arc welding. Ability to operate power tools such as grinders, drills, saws, press brakes, plasma cutters. Mechanical knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, pipe fitting, machining, soldering, and assembly processes. How to take apart and put back together is a must. Strong shop math skills along with basic math competency for measurements and calculations. Valid certification or demonstrated experience in welding certifications from recognized bodies such as AWS is preferred.
