Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to select the proper welding techniques and materials. Operate, set up, and maintain welding equipment while following all safety guidelines. Inspect and test completed welds to verify strength, quality, and code compliance. Maintain accurate records including weld logs, certifications, and reports. Work alongside fabricators, fitters, and project leads in a productive shop environment. What We're Looking For About 1 year of welding experience helps, but all skill levels are welcome - if you are willing to learn, we want to talk. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. A commitment to workplace safety and quality standards. Must pass a background check and shop physical.
