Responsibilities of this position include:

MIG and flux core welding Reading shop drawings Other work, which may be assigned by Crystal Steel management Must have the physical ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds up to 20% of the day. Must have the physical ability to carry hand tools and items weighing up to 20 pounds up to 95% of the day. Must have the physical ability to bend and stoop under obstacles as low as 3 feet up to 20% of the day. Must have the physical ability to climb over obstacles 2' high up to up to 20% of the day. Must be able to stand and/or walk from location to location up to 95% of the day. Must be able to work in hot and cold environments. Experience welding miscellaneous (stairs, railings, etc.) and ornamentals metals is a huge advantage! The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of MIG and flux core welding experience.
