Industrial Powder Coating is seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Welder to join our team at our Calhoun, TN facility. This is a full-time, W-2 position. What You'll Do Perform high-quality welds across a range of projects and materials using MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux-Core processes. Work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision while maintaining consistent quality and safety standards. Requirements Proven proficiency in MIG, TIG, Stick Welding. Experience welding ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret drawings Experience operating CNC machinery Strong work ethic and the ability to make sound decisions independently Reliable, professional, and accountable Preferred Qualifications Experience with plasma table operation Experience with press brake operation Compensation $40-$45 per hour, commensurate with experience.
