Job Description

Frazier Industrial Company is the leading manufacturer of racking systems, with its headquarters located in Long Valley, NJ. The Welder position is full time and based at one of our shop locations in Dyersburg, TN. The work schedule is Monday thru Thursday. Overtime may be required. We are looking for experienced people who know how to work in a team environment that can provide high quality performance. This position produces metal racking systems using GMAW, and GTAW type welders; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welding certification to
AWSD 1.1
  • Ability to maintain production and quality standards
  • Ability to utilize welding equipment and processes specified by the Company.
  • Maintain and calibrate welding equipment.
  • Set-up two fixtures on both the blue and the orange side.
  • Generate a written report as required by the Company to document production activity.
  • Follow all Safety Procedures
  • Ability To Follow Directions
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
  • Blueprint Reading; Ability to read and interpret drawing for dimensions and weld patterns to determine quality adherence to engineering requirements. Ability to read process, procedure and instruction manuals.
  • Math/Measuring; Demonstrate ability to Count, Add, Subtract fractions and decimals; Read a Tape Measure to 1/16" increments.
