We are seeking dedicated welders for short-term mandates that require rapid, repeatable, and accurate welding. Your responsibilities

• Production welding: perform continuous, repeatable welding of components using jigs and fixtures to meet aggressive daily production quotas
• Fitting and tacking: quickly fit and tack assemblies together prior to final welding, ensuring dimensional accuracy and proper alignment
• Material preparation: use grinders, cutters, and other tools to clean and prepare surfaces for optimal weld penetration
• Quality monitoring: monitor weld parameters (wire feed speed, voltage, gas flow) to maintain consistent quality and minimize rework

Efficiency:

work efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality, minimizing scrap material and maximizing arc-on time.
