Job Overview We are looking for skilled Welders/Fabricators for manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components according to detailed technical drawings and specifications. Your expertise will help ensure the production of high-quality metal structures and parts, adhering to safety standards and fabrication best practices. Duties Mig Welders Cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal and other metal materials using plasma cutters, power tools, hand tools, and machining equipment. Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols, handling tools properly, and adhering to safety regulations at all times. Collaborate with team members on assembly tasks, ensuring quality control throughout the fabrication process. Ability to operate power tools, hand tools, plasma cutters, machining equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and efficiently. Mechanical knowledge related to metal materials, shop math for measurements and calculations, and basic math skills for precise fabrication tasks. Understanding of safety protocols specific to welding shops. Prior experience with sheet metal fabrication and mechanical fabrication processes is highly desirable.
