Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding (depending on project needs) Inspect welds for accuracy and quality Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment

Requirements:

2+ years welding experience (industrial, fabrication, or structural) Proficiency in welding techniques and equipment ability to read technical drawings Strong attention to detail Welding certification preferred but not required
