We take blank chassis and modify them to order then fit them to a concrete pump, custom paint them and make some of the best looking and operating concrete pumps in the industry. Applicants must be capable of using MIG Flux core wire welding, and SMAW, have excellent technique and be willing to learn. A weld and fabrication test will be given at interview. Besides a welder, bring all basic measuring tools and supplies necessary.

Desired Experience/Skills:

5+ years of heavy equipment welding experience Must be able to read and understand welding schematics-will be tested at interview Ability to lead a small weld crew effectively while completing daily assignments Thorough Understanding of all welding techniques and tools Able to join, fabricate, repair steel, metals and other material as required Welding Certification preferred but not necessary Ability to climb, stretch, reach, lift, bend, and squat as necessary Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs./23kgs. Valid driver's license, and forklift experience is a plus. Must have all basic welding supplies. Ability to be creative for designs and repairs. Attendance is vital as we work as a team, and everyone is needed to complete our builds.

Welders / Assemblers

will be responsible for dismantling drivelines, extending, and shortening chassis frames per specs. The fabrication and mounting of brackets, weights, gussets, and other necessary parts. You will set and seal the pump to the chassis and assemble, remove or reassemble parts during different phases of the build per custom specifications.
