Candidates must be 6G certified , have strong stick welding experience , and demonstrate proven ability to lead crews while performing hands-on welding work.

Location:

Fort Worth, TX Responsibilities Lead and coordinate a welding crew, assigning daily tasks and maintaining productivity. Perform stick welding (SMAW) on piping according to project specifications. Read blueprints, piping drawings, and welding procedures. Prepare joints, fit and align pipe, and complete welds in multiple positions. Inspect workmanship and address welding or fit-up issues. Coordinate with site supervision regarding progress, materials, and priorities. Maintain safe welding practices and follow hot-work procedures. Qualifications 7+ years of welding experience , including commercial piping work. 6G welding certification required. Strong hands-on stick welding experience required. Proven experience leading welding crews , including assigning work and overseeing quality. Ability to independently interpret drawings and follow welding procedures. Strong knowledge of pipe preparation, fit-up, and welding techniques. Dependable attendance and clear communication with crew members and site supervision.
