Hiring MIG Welders

•Arlington, TX Canadian Executive Search Group (CES), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions (AWS), is hiring experienced MIG Welders for a full-time opportunity in Arlington, TX. We are seeking skilled MIG Welders to support automotive manufacturing operations. Candidates will be responsible for performing welding operations, inspecting completed work, following safety procedures, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities include:

Perform MIG welding operations according to specifications and production requirements Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings Operate welding equipment, hand tools, and other production equipment safely Inspect welds to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines Support production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency

AM Requirements:

1-3 years of MIG welding experience preferred Must pass welding test Ability to read blueprints and drawings preferred Steel-toe boots required Ability to lift 50+ lbs Manufacturing experience preferred Must pass drug screening
