Welder Fabricator KP Staffing - 4.5 Arlington, TX Job Details Temp-to-hire $24 - $26 an hour 20 hours ago Qualifications Welders (tool) Full Job Description KP Staffing is now hiring welder fabricators in Arlington, TX! Job Summary The welder fabricator will perform welding, fitting, and fabrication of metal components in a manufacturing environment while following specifications and production requirements. This role requires producing quality welds, operating welding equipment and tools, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Pay $24-26/hr Shift 1st shift: 6 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday Duties Perform welding on various metal components and fabricated parts Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications Perform fitting and fabrication of metal components according to measurements and specifications Set up and operate welding equipment and related tools Measure, cut, align, and prepare materials for welding and fabrication Inspect finished welds and fabricated parts for quality and accuracy Make adjustments or repairs as needed to meet quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements Work efficiently while meeting production and quality expectations Qualifications Previous professional welding experience required Hands-on experience with fittings and/or fabrication strongly preferred Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, and measurements Experience using welding equipment and hand/power tools Ability to work in a manufacturing or fabrication environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be dependable and maintain good attendance Job Type Contract To Hire How to Apply Start by submitting your resume or visit KP Staffing Arlington for an in-person interview.
