We are currently hiring for both Orbital Welder I and Orbital Welder II positions—an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates eager to start a career in welding or experienced welders looking to grow within a high-tech environment. Position Overview As a Semiconductor Orbital Welder, you will be responsible for welding, assembling, testing, and repairing vacuum, pneumatic, and gas delivery systems critical to semiconductor manufacturing equipment. This role demands a keen eye for quality, safety, and precision, offering a rewarding career path with advancement possibilities. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate orbital welding equipment to join stainless steel and specialty alloy tubing, fittings, and vacuum components with accuracy Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, welding procedures (WPS), and technical drawings Assemble, repair, troubleshoot, and test vacuum, gas delivery, and pneumatic systems Inspect welds and assemblies using measuring tools, leak detectors, and testing equipment to ensure quality standards Maintain orbital welding machinery and complete detailed production documentation Adhere to safety, cleanliness, and quality standards in a semiconductor manufacturing environment Support continuous improvement efforts and process enhancements Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; welding certification or technical training preferred Experience with Ultra High Purity (UHP) and/or orbital welding strongly preferred Ability to read blueprints, welding symbols, and work instructions Basic computer skills with strong attention to detail Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills Physical ability to lift 30-50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing setting Willing to work overtime and flexible schedules, including days, nights, and weekends Additional skills such as TIG/MIG welding, welding certifications, OSHA 10, and semiconductor manufacturing experience are a plus Shift & Compensation Shifts available:

$22.50 - $25.00/hr |Orbital Welder II:
