•$35.00 / hour Position Overview The Double Joint Pipe Welder operates hand-welding, flame-cutting, hand-soldering, and brazing equipment to join metal pipe components, fill seams, and perform precision welds on fabricated metal products. This role requires technical competence with various welding equipment to ensure structural integrity and seamless joint assembly.

Key Duties & Responsibilities Welding & Joining Operations:

Utilize hand-welding, flame-cutting, soldering, and brazing equipment to perform double-joint welding on metal pipe components.

Surface Preparation & Filling:

Fill holes, indentations, and seams of fabricated metal products to prepare materials for testing or deployment.

Quality & Structural Assurance:

Inspect completed welds to verify compliance with job specifications, safety standards, and dimensional tolerances.

Equipment Maintenance:

Maintain welding setups, tools, and safety equipment in clean, optimal working condition.

The company is looking for:
Educational Mandate:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience Required:

Minimum of six (6) months of pipe welding or metal fabrication experience.

Mandatory Credentials:

Active Class "C" Texas Driver's License.
