Plasma Table Operator & Brake Press Operator Pay:

$22hr+ depending on experience and qualifications Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Plasma Table Operator to join a local company in Bryan, TX! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas who have openings they are looking to fill with great talent we find for them!

Responsibilities:

2-3 years of experience operating a controlled automation plasma table Proficiency in overhead crane operations Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings Ability to dimensionally inspect and verify parts cut from the plasma table Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently while being a team player Commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards

Schedule:

Day shift, Monday-Friday, with some Saturdays as needed. Saw Operator Qualified candidates should have: Experience operating both horizontal and vertical band saws Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings Ability to accurately measure and dimensionally check parts after they are cut Good organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a team environment Strong commitment to quality and safety Welder Qualified welders must: Be able to successfully pass a flux-core welding test Pass a vertical-up weld test on ½" plate with a back weld Be capable of welding in all positions Consistently meet the quality standards of the shop Demonstrate strong attention to detail and workmanship Work effectively as part of a fabrication team Fitter Qualified fitters must have: Strong ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings Proficiency with tape measures and dimensional measurements Experience using tools associated with structural and pipe fitting Strong understanding of fitting and fabrication processes Good attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team Fitter/Welder Candidates with experience and skills in both fitting and welding are encouraged to apply.
