If you have hands-on welding experience and take pride in clean, strong welds, we want to talk with you. This role offers steady hours, competitive pay, and long-term opportunity. The Welder is responsible for fabricating and repairing metal components using MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Core welding processes. Candidates must be comfortable working from blueprints and maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced industrial environment. Key Responsibilities Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Core welding Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures Inspect welds for accuracy and structural integrity Maintain welding equipment and tools Follow OSHA and company safety procedures Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality Required Skills 1+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting Ability to pass a weld test Ability to read a tape measure accurately Experience working from blueprints Knowledge of basic fabrication techniques Strong attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Welding certification (AWS preferred) Experience with structural steel or pipe welding Experience in oil & gas or heavy manufacturing Plasma cutting or torch experience Our Commitment to
