Job Description

Job description: Steady work. Day shift. A/C shop. Tools provided. Stark Solutions is growing and hiring Welders/Fabricators for our manufacturing facility in Conroe, TX. We manufacture Quick Opening Closures for the oil and gas industry. Our parts are manufactured in-house and delivered to the fabrication area, where our welders fit, assemble, and weld them into finished closures. We are hiring different skill levels. Depending on your experience, you may start with welding parts and assemblies and progress into complete closure fabrication and project work. We offer steady, year-round work in a fully air-conditioned fabrication shop , a consistent day shift, and optional Saturday hours.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00

PM Optional Saturdays:

What You'll Do Fit, assemble, and weld Quick Opening Closures according to drawings, work orders, and applicable welding procedures Perform

GMAW/MIG

welding to required quality standards Read and work from fabrication drawings and prints Verify proper fit-up and alignment before welding Operate overhead cranes to safely position and move parts and assemblies Inspect your work throughout the fabrication process and identify issues before they result in rework Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work efficiently while maintaining consistent weld quality Experienced Welder/Fabricators may take ownership of complete fabrication projects , from fit-up and assembly through final welding and required quality inspections. What We're Looking For 3+ years of professional welding experience preferred Strong

GMAW/MIG

welding skills Fitting and assembly experience preferred Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings and prints Ability to accurately fit and assemble parts prior to welding Experience with overhead cranes preferred Strong attention to quality Reliable attendance and safe work habits Ability to stand for extended periods, bend and move throughout the shift, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to pass background and substance screening General

ISO-9001

awareness and understanding of production-related requirements will be plus. Candidates selected for this position must successfully complete a 3G GMAW weld test as part of the hiring process. Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand and work for a minimum of 9-hour shift
