Job Description

D'Hierro is seeking an experienced Welder / Metal Fabricator to join our Dallas team. We design and fabricate custom steel doors, windows, and architectural metalwork, and we are looking for someone interested in a long-term, full-time position with a company that values craftsmanship and quality. Responsibilities Fabricate and weld custom steel doors, windows, and architectural metal components. Perform MIG welding; TIG welding experience is a plus. Measure, lay out, cut, fit, weld, grind, and finish steel components. Read and work from shop drawings and fabrication drawings. Prepare steel for paint and final finishing. Inspect your work for clean welds, correct dimensions, and high-quality finish. Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work area. Qualifications Professional welding and metal fabrication experience. Strong MIG welding skills. Experience fabricating steel doors and windows is preferred. Strong measuring, layout, and shop-math skills. Ability to read shop drawings and fabrication drawings. Experience with grinding, finishing, and preparing steel for paint. Excellent attention to detail. Reliable, punctual, and committed to producing clean, high-quality work. Positive attitude, professional presentation, and strong work ethic. Commitment to workplace safety and cleanliness. Schedule Full-time, in person at our Dallas shop, approximately 40 hours per week.
