    This role involves fabricating new components and performing preventative maintenance and repairs on existing equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on welding experience and the ability to work with various tools and materials. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow with a stable and reputable company.
    Responsibilities:
    • Perform MIG welding on aluminum and steel components up to " thickness
    • Prepare materials using grinders, saws, and other fabrication tools
    • Align and assemble components using measuring tools and clamps
    • Inspect welds and repair equipment as needed to ensure quality and safety
    • Complete daily reports including inventory, repair estimates, and material tracking
    Qualifications and Requirements:
    • 1-5 years of aluminum welding and fabrication experience
    • Experience with MIG, TIG, or other welding methods
    • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings preferred
    • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
    • High School diploma or GED required
