Monday-Friday, 2 PM to 10:00
PM Pay:
$23.00-$25.00/hr

Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Production MIG Welder to join our manufacturing team. This position focuses on structural MIG welding in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have experience producing high-quality welds while meeting production and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Perform production MIG welding on structural steel components Read and interpret basic blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions Set up and operate welding equipment according to specifications Ensure welds meet quality and structural standards Inspect completed welds and perform minor grinding or rework as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company policies Work efficiently to meet daily production goals Qualifications Welding Certification highly preferred and/or 5+ years of consistent welding experience Previous MIG welding experience in a production or manufacturing environment Experience performing structural welds preferred Ability to read a tape measure and basic blueprints Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Work Environment:
This position is performed in a manufacturing/production setting. Candidates must be comfortable working on their feet for extended periods and around welding equipment, heat, and metal materials. Please apply at
