The ideal candidate will have experience performing high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel components while maintaining strict quality standards. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and a commitment to producing precision welds for industrial applications. 2nd shift: 12:30pm

• 9:00pm w/ ability to work overtime as needed Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform TIG (GTAW) welding on stainless steel and other metals.

Weld precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions. Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, cleaning, and fitting parts prior to welding. Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications. Operate hand tools, grinders, measuring instruments, and welding equipment safely. Perform minor equipment maintenance and report any equipment issues. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Assist with other fabrication or production duties as needed. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of TIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment. AWS Welding Certification is a plus. Experience welding stainless steel is required. Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings. Knowledge of welding symbols and measuring tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. At Jibe Staffing we do things differently.
