Job Summary We are seeking motivated and reliable Steel Decking Installers to join our team. This role involves working on commercial construction sites installing metal decking systems and assisting with structural steel erection. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with a strong focus on safety. Key Responsibilities Install metal decking systems on commercial construction projects Assist with structural steel erection and placement Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently Follow blueprints, layouts, and supervisor instructions Maintain compliance with OSHA safety standards at all times Work at heights using proper fall protection equipment Load, unload, and transport materials as needed Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule Requirements Experience in construction, steel erection, or metal decking preferred Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments Strong understanding of job site safety practices OSHA certification (preferred, not required
