Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and fabrication, is seeking a Welder to join their team. As a Welder, you will be part of the production department supporting the welding operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

• What's the Job?
• + Welds production and prototype instrumentation piece parts in various materials including stainless steel, precious, and semi-precious metals using TIG and/or MIG welding processes.

+ Operates program welding machines to weld production units and assists machine welding operators during high-volume production when workload requires.

+ Ensures welds pass destructive and non-destructive testing based on certification requirements per individual product specifications.

+ Maintains individual welding qualifications and certifications as per product requirements.

+ Sets up fixtures and lays out work for production and prototype piece parts, performing miscellaneous tasks as needed.

• + No minimum experience required. + Ability to operate welding equipment and follow safety protocols. + Strong attention to detail and quality standards. + Good communication and teamwork skills. + Welding certification and qualification as per product requirements preferred but not mandatory.
