Humble, TX 77396 Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled TIG Welder to join our manufacturing team. This role focuses on precision welding of thin-gauge stainless steel and carbon steel. You will work on high-quality components requiring clean, cosmetically appealing welds without burn-through. Key Responsibilities Perform high-precision TIG welding on thin-gauge stainless steel and carbon steel. Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings. Set up and adjust TIG welding machines based on material thickness. Clamp, component-fit, and tack-weld parts before final welding. Inspect finished welds to ensure compliance with quality standards. Maintain clean equipment and a safe work area. Qualifications Proven experience as a TIG Welder, specifically with thin materials. Strong ability to weld stainless steel and carbon steel (CS). Proficiency in reading blueprints and structural schematics. Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Must pass an on-site TIG welding test on thin gauge metal. High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification is a plus Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $23.00 Per Hour
