Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Flux-Core Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) and be able to produce high-quality welds while following safety standards, welding procedures, and production schedules. Candidates should be able to read blueprints, prepare materials, and inspect completed welds for quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) according to company standards and welding procedures. Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and welding symbols. Fit, align, and weld structural steel components and assemblies. Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to meet daily production goals. Qualifications Previous experience with Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) required. Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and welding symbols. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to use measuring tools and welding-related equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in various positions for extended periods. Comfortable working in a manufacturing or fabrication environment with exposure to heat, noise, and dust. #
