Job details Summary Spherion $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Temp to Perm 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Industry construction, trades & mining (Construction and Extraction Occupations) Reference number S_179811 Job details Responsible for fabricating, assembling and welding metal components according to blueprints, drawings and production specifications. Ensures all welds meet quality standards while maintaining a safe and productive work environment
Responsibilities:
... Perform MIG welding, read and interpret blueprints, drawings and welding symbols, fit, align and assemble metal parts prior to welding, operate welding equipment, grinders, cutting torches, and other fabrication tools, Inspect completed welds for quality, strength and accuracy, Measure and verify dimensions using tape measures, squares and other precision tools, follow safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times, assist with general fabrication and production duties as assigned,?? repair defective welds, maintain a clean and organized work area.
