This role requires strong technical welding skills, precision, and attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. You must be able to work well independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Must be able to use and read a measuring tape, precisely. Basic knowledge to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols. Fabricate metal components using welding, cutting, bending, and machining techniques. Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Core welding on various metals (e.g., steel, aluminum, stainless). TIG not required but preferred. Assemble parts and structures using hand tools, clamps, and measuring instruments. Inspect welds and fabricated parts to ensure compliance with specifications and internal quality standards. Operate shop equipment such as, but not limited to: grinders, drills, saws, and plasma cutters. Maintain welding equipment and tools, performing basic troubleshooting and repairs as needed. Be able to lift and carry 75lbs. on a regular basis. Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE. Employees use and supply their own basic hand tools. Uniforms are provided by the Company. Employees provide their own boots (steel toe required). This position is scheduled to work 40 hours per week and may be required to work up to 50 hours per week as needed (based on work load). Pay is commensurate with experience and will be in the range of $17 - $22 / hr.
