Overview We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tig and flux core welding techniques and the ability to complete various responsibilities around the shop including grinding, cleaning, and painting. This role involves working with carbon and stainless steel, including steel plate and pipe, to assemble and fabricate components according to specifications. The Welder will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards. Raises and bonuses based on performance. Duties Perform welding tasks using various techniques, including FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) and flux core welding. Operate and maintain welding equipment, including forklifts.
