division is currently seeking a Regs Tank Fab Welder- 2nd Shift at our Nacogdoches TX facility! The core hours are Monday
- Friday, 2:00 p.m.
- 10:30 p.

- Retirement benefits, Paid Parental Leave, Educational Assistance Program, Wellness Reimbursement, and more! ## What you'll do: The Regs Tank Fab Welder sets up, adjusts, and operates manual and semi-automatic welding equipment to perform high quality, structurally sound welds on both oil tight and non-oil tight parts. In this function, you will:
- Contribute to multiple work centers, including plasma arc torch, tig-welder, mig-welders, robotic mig welder, grinders, drills, and any other special tooling that may be required.
- Perform welding in various positions, including flat, horizontal, vertical, and inside tanks, adapting seamlessly to different welding processes.
- Execute repair (MIG) weld operations as needed, demonstrating proficiency.
- Perform mild and stainless-steel cover welding.
- Operate various types of material handling equipment including bridge cranes, jib cranes, manually operated hand trucks, and Powered industrial vehicles when necessary.
- Place both weld-on and bolt-on covers to units, giving them a pressure test using air and soap.
- Diligently inspect both your own work and that of others to ensure it consistently meets quality standards, maintaining a keen eye for detail and precision.
- Conduct inspection and test procedures meticulously, taking prompt remedial action to correct any nonconformance issues.
- Maintain accurate production counts and reconcile them with work order requirements.
- Perform routine upkeep of machines and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Actively participates in problem-solving processes, contributing to efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Achieves and maintains target production rates or output levels, ensuring efficient operations and meeting organizational goals.
- Adhere to safety protocols, ensures efficient material handling, housekeeping practices (5S+), and company policies and procedures.
- Perform other manufacturing duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education level required- No education required. Years and area of experience required
- Relevant experience preferred. Technical knowledge
- Ability to perform basic mathematical functions as required.
- Ability to operate welding machinery and hand tools.
- Ability to interpret welding specifications.
- Abillity to pass the welding certification test, you will be trained onsite.
Skills:

- Ability to perform mathematical functions as required.
- Ability to operate operate welding machine machinery and hand tools, interpret welding specifications, and pass a welding certification test onsite.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, grabbing, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and using both hands to lift and lower materials, with or without accommodations.
- Must be able to work efficiently in hot environments and tolerate loud noises.
